What information do we save?

We save personal information, such as e-mail address, name, telephone number and postal address when you have provided the information to us. For example, it could be to:

  • You are on one of our mailing lists for teachers or opening invitations
  • You have booked a group visit or a conference 
  • You have applied for a job with us
  • You are a reseller of Almgren's washing soap
  • You have contributed to our collections with objects, photos, archive material or oral / written information.

Your rights

You have the right to request correction of incorrect information at any time, change or delete the personal information you have provided. You also have the right to take part in what personal information we have registered about you. You do this by contacting us.

If you are a visitor to one of our events, we will always ask for your consent, if photos where individuals are in focus, are taken. The same goes for video and audio recordings.

Camera surveillance

We have permission from the County Administrative Board in Stockholm to have surveillance cameras and motion detectors in our premises.
